I started The Jersey Generator because I was frustrated with how broken the custom uniform industry had become.
For years, teams have been stuck dealing with legacy brands and large suppliers that overcharge, move slowly, and make everything more complicated than it needs to be. As someone who has been involved in the game for over 26 years as both a player and a coach including 14 years behind the bench, I’ve experienced that frustration firsthand especially at the minor league and school levels where timelines matter and budgets are tight.
Uniforms aren’t just apparel. They’re part of a team’s identity. When jerseys show up late or don’t look right, it affects how athletes feel stepping onto the ice or court. I saw a clear gap in the market between price, turnaround time, and quality, and I knew there had to be a better way.
